Subject to these terms and a current subscription where required, we grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable licence to access and use BreachForge for your own internal business security purposes, for as long as your subscription remains active. No rights are granted to you except those expressly set out here.
You must not, and must not permit anyone else to:
All intellectual property rights in BreachForge, including its software, design, content, control catalogue, scoring methodology and threat intelligence, are and remain owned by us or our licensors. These terms transfer no ownership to you. BreachForge and the BreachForge name and logo are our trademarks.
You may use BreachForge only for lawful purposes. You must only model, simulate or assess environments that you own or are authorised in writing to test. You must not use the platform to attack, probe or assess any system without authorisation, or for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent activity.
Access to paid features requires a current subscription, billed annually in advance through our payment processor. Founding member pricing, where offered, applies as described at the point of sale and for the period stated. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are non refundable except where required by law. Prices are exclusive of VAT, which is added where applicable.
You retain ownership of the configuration and information you submit. We process it to provide and improve the service and treat it as confidential. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
BreachForge is provided on an as is and as available basis. It is a decision support and training tool. It does not guarantee the security of any system, nor the detection or prevention of any attack. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely or error free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data, business or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under law.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, in particular the licence or intellectual property restrictions, or use the platform unlawfully. On termination your right to use the platform ends and you must stop all use.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
